Lecture don’t want to be bothered- no questions

My son from high school is told by the lecture not to ask questions as they keep asking unnecessary questions. Why are lectures there.?On registration all supper is offered and now this is what we signed up for. The unprofessionalism and abuse of this individual lecture must be dealt with and she should find another job where she won’t be interacting with human beings especially children.
