Invigilator App not uploading the exam

My disappointment is with the invigilator App which will sour my relationship with Boston. I wrote my exams and used this app but when I wrote Workplace psychology on the 27 May 2025, I logged into the app on time and wrote as per usual, the issue happened at the end as I was uploading my transcript, this app gave me an error message and shut me out and started loading the stuff automatically. Now I’m being blamed for not using the app during the exam and not following its prompts when I did everything according to the rules. I even went to the invigilator app help desk and I have screenshots to prove that I used this app. I wanted them to check if everything was loaded and was told that it did and will update in 24 hours. How is that I’m now expected to pay to supplement and rewrite yet this is not my fault. I keep explaining but get vague emails back telling me that I must supplement. I have no choice but to come here and ask for assistance to explain to these people that I did use the app and followed all their prompts but their app is the one that decided not to comply. I’m literally disappointed and discouraged at this point.
