Invigilator app **** for students to repeat modules

Last month i was wrongly accused of being out of an inviligator app which resulted me to rewrite the modules. Common sense to anyone, i would obviously be supper careful when rewritting comply with the invigilator app. However, i was again told i was out of the app for the same modules i had to rewrite. Boston would pull out screenshots from the app claiming you were out of app. The sad part is that as students we have no say in the matter, i have been wrongfully accused twice for the same thing and no one is willing nor able to give it a benefit of a doubt that possibly there might have an error on the app. I feel Boston just want to take our money and contiounously accuse of us of being out of app so we can repeat the modules. How is either what the app says is always true yet we cant have any say proving our innocents. I believe this is how Boston makes money from the vulnarable students. I am really at a point where it is really starting to feel personal now. I have written an email today, still no response. I feel if im no longer welcome at Boston as a student, being forced to fail then maybe i can finish my studies to a non discriminating institution. Again I was never out of app....Treat me fairly and allow me to fail fairly by not hiding behind a faulty app, that has proven not to be operating effectively twice in my case already. I want my marks allocated properly, Principles of strategy has not given me my SA2 marks, HFAC232-1 has also given me accurate marks, and if they will say those are accurate, i request a memo so i can see how they marked.

Dear Thula, This is your second Hello Peter complaint in the last 30 days. Your first complaint was in respect of alleged missing marks; however, as per the documentation provided to you, it was apparent that you failed to follow the HE Invigilated Assessment Event Rules (“Rules”) during certain Invigilated Assessment Events and as a result, your marks were not awarded. There were no missing marks, and your Progress Report was correct. Unfortunately, it is apparent that you have again been identified as having breached the Rules during certain Supplementary Invigilated Assessment Events. I will not go into the details of this here, as this is not the correct forum. What I will say, however, is that, as an institution, it is our responsibility to create an environment where all students have an equal opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and skills. Compliance with inter alia the Rules helps to ensure that all Invigilated Assessment Events are conducted consistently and objectively. Deviating from the institution's rules, practices and procedures, even unintentionally, can compromise the integrity of the Assessment Event and potentially disadvantage other students. As a result, we are unable to condone non-compliance. As you are aware, our Rules provide the opportunity for students to participate in Invigilated Assessment Events in person at one of our 47 Support Centres nationwide or by means of e-invigilation. You have at all times elected to make use of e-invigilation, despite your allegations against the e-invigilation software. I confirm that no technical errors have been reported in respect of the e-invigilation software for the Invigilated Assessment Events in question and, furthermore, that there were no alleged technical issues reported by you during the Invigilated Assessment Events in question.
