*********** communication & system.

I booked to write my exam today at 12 on colcampus - Colcampus allows you to book on Saturdays and Sundays... I get there ready to write before 12, they tell us the people have left we need to come back on Monday. They say we should’ve came at 8 - WHAT!! Where is it communicated that we can write at 8?! Cause on their website they only have 9, 12 and 3oclock slots to book and write exams - If we weren’t allowed to write on weekends they should communicate that or not allow you to book on colcampus, I would’ve came yesterday. I’ve spent petrol money to get to school and back by the way, for nothing. Thinking I’m going to write this damn module and get it out the way. On Monday I’m writing Industiral Psych - now I have to write two in one day, seeing that Monday is the last day to write exams. It’s an online exam ! What’s so difficult about getting one or two lectures to invigilate less than 5 students to write their exam and get it out of the way instead of being told to come back on another day. When speaking to the people at school they rude and short with their answers and dismiss your dilemma. You’d expect that because you’re paying so much at a ‘private’ institution that you’d get the quality service you pay for. This is so frustrating.
