******** staff at Braamfontein Campus

I have sent numerous emails to Boston city campus in braamfontein regarding my sister's re-write for a computer module that she failed. So she failed the computer module and last year I spoke to Wendy Mthethwa the facilitator and the principal Monica Sithole who advised that we need to pay for the module. We paid for the module and sent the proof of payment however my sister never wrote the exam, she now wants to re-write again I have sent them emails to ask them when can she be able to write again as this is the only subject outstanding so that she can be able to graduate. Can someone please hear our cry in Boston this is very frustrating because clearly if the emails are not rep**** to it simply means the ***********, inconsiderate staff members including the principal just read the emails and ignore. Really this is someone's future here her career is stuck she can't get a job because of a simple date that will enable her to re-write and graduate. Please take this seriously.
