I received an acceptance letter from them and in it they stated that I'd be contacted by one of the consultants from the support center to assist with my registration but they haven't

I received an acceptance letter from them and in it they stated that I'd be contacted by one of the consultants from the support center to assist with my registration but they haven't.(i received the acceptance letter on the 18th of July). On the 25th of August I emailed them about this and I haven't received a response still so I dont know what to do
