I received a “qualification” and not a “diploma”

I feel played by Boston . And i paid a whole lot of money my studies. I Studied a Journalism course for a Diploma at Arcadia branch. Upon completion of course i received a document tilled “ Qualification” no where written “Diploma” to top it off date of award states a 3years back -I wasn't even studying there in that year they wrote. Now companies i apply to question the discrepancy of the years and it doesn't align with my career years. Its really affecting me and my career progress. I went to the campus to request for a transcript and dates to corrected and to have a diploma i studied for as per the brochure that lured me there.
