Horrible Service, Staff not customer service trained

The service received from Boston City Campus is horrible you call and live messages for someone to call you back nothing, I have been calling their reception four times today, 3 times on Friday last week no help, they keep sending this automated email respond. I then finally was able to speak to Elzere Drake who was so rude no help at all. Boston City Campus Centurion.
