Heartfelt Thanks to the Boston Team

Dear Boston Team,

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to each and every individual who played a role in ensuring that I graduate in 2024. After the initial miscommunication and being informed that my name had been mistakenly omitted from the invitation list for the graduation ceremony, I was truly moved by the Boston team’s efforts to rectify the situation. The gesture of covering my graduation expenses, including the gown, belt, and photos, was incredibly thoughtful, and I was overjoyed to receive this news when I arrived at the venue. For this, I am deeply grateful and happy.

I would like to give a special thank you to Patience, the branch manager, for consistently going above and beyond whenever needed. The branch is truly fortunate to have her as a leader. It is because of her support that I will be re-registering for next year.

Thank you again to the entire team for your incredible support and dedication.
