Havent got my qualification
On July 2014 i passed my Pastel Sage V12 at Springs Boston College and the Course is fully payed,. i was told to give them 2 to 8 weeks and keep a copy of my certificate. Time passed on and i went to inquire several times about when will i get my certificate, Christa the campus Manager said i should leave my number and details, she will call me the following day. like the empty promises she kept , she hasn't called till today. its been more than 8 months and i haven't received my certificate. I am disappointed in the college and i start to feel its bogus. I doubt i will ever finish my Technical Accountant course with Boston College. Either they are not Accredited and *****ing from people who are eager for Education...
As discussed with your Branch Manager this afternoon, we are pleased to confirm that Pastel have confirmed that your certificate has been printed and is being couriered to Boston City Campus in Springs. We expect to receive your certificate on Tuesday, and will contact you to collect it as soon as it has been received by us.
We would like to take the opportunity to apologise for the delay in receiving your certificate, and the frustrations caused. We would also assure you that our accreditation's are in order and look forward to seeing you again next week to hand over your certificate.
