Graduation mix up

As much as I am flaming as I write this, I hope it will make sense and also display how angry I am. I'm a 3rd year network system student at Boston Arcadia Pretoria. I completed my course this year in the 1st semester. Fast forward to 2nd semester I called the school in regards to the graduation. I was told I need to come in and go to Riekie Ziervogel to apply for my transcript and also to be added to the graduation list. On the 15th August I went to school to request for the transcript and to be added on the mailing list for graduation but I got there only to be informed that the system is down. So I was advised to EMAIL Riekie , which I did so on the 20th August. Riekie only rep**** to my email the following day, but I was made to understand that she was busy that week as 2nd semester had started and textbooks were being given out. She (riekie) then referred me to Andre Kistensamy once she asked for my student number. Andre rep**** by telling me that my transcript will take a while to receive and he will add me to the graduation list but so far the graduation will be in September. My last communication with both Riekie and Andre was on the 22nd August. I then sent another email to Riekie on the 11 September asking whether the details of the graduation have been shared and she again referred me to andre who actually never replies. Inbetween these dates I would call the school and I would be informed that graduation is in September and I should be patient. It got to a point where my parents started questioning whether I am truly done with my studies or not and that I am not taking responsibility. I then decided to share the emails I sent to the school with my father and asked if he could go to Boston and speak to the two parties I've been communicating with. Today (17th September) he went and asked for Andre, and asked him what is happening because he is mum and not replying to my emails. (Mind you I even shared with Riekie my frustration with Andre not replying every time she refers me to him via email) . Anyway so Andre told my father that firstly I am not done with my studies which now this was a shocker for my father. He then had to tell Andre to check my academic report and see whether what he is saying is true or not. Upon checking my report he then said he was unaware that I am done with my studies( now mind you I had already asked for my transcript and asked to be added to the mailing list). Then he tells my father that unfortunately they have reached their graduation number and I will only graduate next year, but then I will receive my transcript and diploma this year. I find it highly unfair and unprofessional of Andre to be this ******** especially having communicated with them and asked to be added. I have stomached alot of mistreatment at this institution but kept quiet for the stake of myself and my education and just finish and leave, but this I will not take lying down. When ever you owe Boston school fees they are quick to make noise and go after you , so now it is my turn to make noise and go after them.
