Frustrated with Lack of Textbook Options
Good day Boston,
I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the textbook policy. At present, students are not given the option to choose between online textbooks or hard copy textbooks. This has been extremely frustrating, especially for those of us using company laptops where the website triggers policy restrictions, preventing access to the online textbooks.
Personally, I find it very difficult to study online. With exams this week, I can honestly say that the lack of access to hard copy textbooks has made studying unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. I strongly urge Boston to reconsider this approach and allow students the choice of format that best supports their learning.'

We recognise that students have different study preferences and circumstances, and we appreciate you taking the time to explain how this has impacted your exam preparation.
While access restrictions may apply on certain company-managed devices, Textbooks+ can be accessed across multiple devices, including smartphones and tablets. Textbooks can also be downloaded for offline use, allowing students to access their content without an active internet connection. Should you experience any difficulties accessing these features, we encourage you to contact your Support Centre or our Head Office so that a member of our team can assist you directly.
Student feedback plays a valuable role in helping us evaluate and improve our services. Your comments and suggestions have been noted and will be shared with the relevant teams for consideration as we continue to review and enhance the student experience.
