Frustrated, annoyed and dissappointed

VERY FRUSTRATED WITH BOSTON CITY CAMPUS. I have been trying to get my son's certificate from the college for the past year and a half. Nobody knows where it is as I have contracted them numerous times and nobody knows what is happening. I really dont know who to contact anymore as I feel that they dont really know what they are doing there.
