Extremely unprofessional *****!!!!!!
I called Boston Vereeniging last week to enquire about my son's results. I was referred to the account lady Refiloe by Thabiso the new branch manager. I requested Refiloe to assist me with the results as wanted to apply for a loan with absa bank. Unfortunately, I could not get the result because according to her the person from the bank needs to ask for it directly.
Yesterday 4 July 2018 I called the Boston Head office and spoke to Nceliwe and Vusimuzi. Vusimuzi assured me that if I complete the form for delayed payment with an arrangement to pay off R2500 a month that I would be able to access my son's account.
I require my son's results to do an application for credits with Unisa as I have decided to take him over because Boston is rediculous with their fees and I cannot afford it. When I called this morning everyone is now refusing to give me the results and Vusimusi is apparently not at work.
This is unacceptable!!!! I want my son's results and Boston exploit people with their excessively high prices for studies. Are they even accreditted?????
