Ex student

I've registered at Boston City Campus in 2022 then lost my job in June. I went to the campus to address them but was told that I have to make a plan and pay for my fees even after I've mentioned that I'm no longer having an income. I tried to make payments while attending online until term 1 exams started. I tried to download their app but was not successful then called the campus to address the matter, that's when I was told it's not a problem I have to come and write my exams on campus while there's envigilators. I did that then end of the semester I got my results which stated that I have passed all 5 modules meaning I'm going to 2nd semester it went smooth until the exams part after writing I was told that I have to rewrite all my module from term 1 because i wrote my exams without the app and also there was a technical issue at campus which means they added 5 modules into my bill when I complained one of the campus envigilators told me to agree to rewrite because she sent an email and my reaults were pending because i didnt have an app during the exam so to save some time she adviced me to agree as if she was the one who was going to pay the added fees and denied to fix the issue since I was unfairly judged she told me to re-register and start again while the amount was now +R27000 including the passed modules which they later told me I've failed. At the moment I'm home stranded and can't even complete my studies because of their mistake while the financial lady was even rude to me when I've struggled to pay in some months, with threats to send my details to all credits bereu so that I'll be blacklisted. I wouldn't recommend this campus at all they're not what they say they are.
