Dissapointed

Boston Somerset West, please understand that we as parents we send our children to your institution to get an education it costs us a fortune where we s****ped, loaned, begged and borrowed money to get them there, it is for us as parents a great sacrifice and a privilege to do this, only to question what it is we are paying for!?! Poor attitudes, incorrect assignments loaded onto colcampus books received late when the first assignment is due in two days!! Only to be told and I quote “just tell your son to try answer the questions even if he can only answer two of the five questions it will be fine he can make up his marks on the other assessments and on his finals”. Seriously!! He is repeating his first year due to the fact that he was ‘locked’ out of his first assessment due to the account no being paid only for me to send through proof that payment no help whatsoever from anyone that I have to go to the college myself to find out how the whole system works and who can help instead I just get told he should attend classes more! Hellooo! Even all the times I had been there my son started college and did the first semester which I was informed he had failed and will not be allowed to complete his second semester which I am now paying again for the first semester and received a second lot of text books that he already has why if he was not doing so great did you not contact me to advise me when I was there that he was failing? Now he has to attempt an assignment YOU as Boston City Campus stuffed up in the first place. I am seriously disappointed and I deeply discourage any parent from enrolling their children there. What scares me more is this being the college that was rated the best college ever. In my eyes it is the best college EVA when taking your money but do not expect any value for it.
