Disappointment regarding graduation invitation

Greeting to All I am writing this review with great disappointment regarding the lack of communication about my graduation. Earlier this year, I reached out to inquire about the graduation date and was informed by a staff member named Zanele that occupational graduations are typically held in December. She assured me I would receive an invitation closer to the time.

However, now that it is November, I followed up only to discover that the graduations had already taken place in June and September. I am extremely disappointed that I was not invited to the celebration, especially given the previous information I received. I have now been told that I will be included in next year’s September graduation, but this situation has left me very dissatisfied with the service I’ve received.
