I have repeatedly received the same previously generated PDF of my B.Com transcript. However, my prospective employer specifically requires a transcript showing today's print date or an official date stamp/verification confirming that the record is valid and current as of today's date. To be clear: I am not asking Boston City Campus to alter any historic dates, grades, or institutional records. I am simply requesting an updated physical or digital printout generated on the current date—or an official stamp/letter verifying the document's validity as of today—to satisfy my prospective employer's onboarding requirements. The continuous issuance of an outdated document without current date verification is creating a severe bottleneck in my hiring process. Should this administrative delay cause me to lose this employment offer, I will have no choice but to seek legal advice and explore formal legal recourse regarding the resulting financial and professional damages. Given the lack of resolution during my interactions with the Newcastle branch, I am requesting that this matter be immediately escalated to senior management or executive administration for intervention. Please find attached the screenshot from the prospective employer detailing their exact requirements. I urge you to process this request urgently so we can resolve this matter swiftly. I'm am tired of being reffered to a branch that does not want to assist me and would like higher management to take my complaint as urgent as possible. Please do not refer me to the Newcastle branch as my request seems to unqiue for them.
