Court Judgment Filed Against Me For Modules Not Rendered

So in 2016 I decided to register for a Network Technician course at Boston City Campus Kempton Park. I attended for a 3 months before I lost my job and was unable to pay fees. I was then blocked off TMS and couldn't attend further. I then went to see Thandi to explain my situation and she told me that I have to make a plan to pay as I am binded by a contract she made me sign. I was later contacted by attorneys telling me that I have to make an arrangement with them even though I mentioned that I'm unemployed. Worse part is that she even told me that I can't access the modules anymore even if I pay. Question is, what am I then paying for? Am I not supposed to pay for the service they rendered to me as per the contract she mentioned that I signed?

3 years later I receive an email saying that a court judgment has been filed against me. How on earth is that possible? It would make much more sense if they still allowed me to finish off my modules and get my certificate..... I'm really unhappy about their way of doing things. It simply seems like they are running a business where they bind their customers to pay for nothing .
