Consultant very rude, refused to assist me

Called in the Head office spoke to consultant name Tsepiso Monyai, as I required amount that was outstanding on my account counsultant sounded bored with the query. Advised her that I received a call from Boston call center saying that I have finished paying, she said I must talk about something I know not just speculate in a very rude manner. I asked for the proof of all my payment all this time she is speaking to a friend on the background. Then she dropped the call received the email from her she written my email address on top of the figures I asked for I couldn't even see nor calculate the outstanding. <br> <br> Called through again consultants move me from one agent to the other. <br> I totally do not appreciate being treated like that.
