Complain of Boston Service

I am student at Boston City Campus Orange Grove Johannesburg. Firstly, I owed for Conveyancing course I cancelled year 2019 then registered for Higher certificate in accounting practice, year 2020 and I was awarded with SETA Bursary. I failed almost all my subjects and they are refusing to give me marked script to see where I need to improve said is Boston policy. Currently I am owing R18 000 for repeats. I am left with Taxation that I failed 4 times and I do not know if I am really failing because I do not have marked script. I have complained to Faculty manager Jerome nothing has changed. I had to call their Boss Lydia Banda to seek help but still experiencing problems. My taxation lecturer is in Cape Town, I can only email or call. We cant meet in person help me. I made first payment R1 500 and they are refusing to process registration before I make another payment and I told them I was not working, for my not paying my school fees and they are adding interest. I wasted my time at Boston. I do not have certificate , only accumulated debt more R18 000 because I made payments before. If you need proof, I can forward the proof.
