Changing learning from books to digital platform.
They have let me register and pay my fees. Now they are telling me they changing the system from no books and now to digital learning. All I am asking for is my refund and going to study with a different institution that uses real books for learning. They are not willing to pay me back. I paid in November 2025 and february 2026 they decide Microsoft is better than books.

Thank you for sharing your concern.
Boston City Campus has introduced the Textbooks+ digital learning model as part of our approved academic delivery approach, which provides students with immediate access to their prescribed learning material together with built-in study tools designed to support academic success.
Digital textbooks offer a range of benefits, including the ability to study anytime and anywhere without carrying heavy books, access your materials across multiple devices using your @myboston.co.za login, and receive your courseware from the start of the semester without waiting for deliveries. The platform also includes interactive tools such as searchable text, highlighting, annotations, digital notebooks, and personalisation options like adjustable font size, background colour, and accessibility features such as read-aloud and Open Dyslexic font. Students are also able to download textbooks for offline use, and AI-enabled research tools allow for deeper exploration across a wide range of published resources.
We understand that moving to a digital format can feel like a significant change, and we would strongly encourage you to visit your nearest Support Centre for a live demonstration. Seeing the platform in action often helps students better understand how it supports flexible, accessible learning.
Refund requests are managed according to the terms and conditions agreed to at registration, and we would like the opportunity to review your individual case with you. Please contact Head Office at *** or *** or share your student details via direct message so that we can assist further.

Boston City Campus Team
