Business management certificate outstanding for 9 years
I completed a business management course with the institution in 2010 and still have not received my certificate due to their incompetence of capturing my details incorrectly resulting in me not getting my certificate. I have made numerous efforts to retrieve this, I had showed them their error and non one is taking accountability. I have been making contact with them for over 9 years and no one has given me positive feedback.
