Boston media house Sandton

My name is Nkamoheleng Mkhwa****. My daughter is doing 3rd year this year at Boston media house Sandton of which I couldn't afford to pay the fees for this year and we decided to go to standard bank and apply for the student loan. The loan was approved the only thing that standard bank needs from Boston media house campus is a proof of registration then the bank can pay the full amount of 2020 fees. Boston has made and send the email which is not valid enough and stating that my daughter is registered for 2020. Standard bank doesn't want to pay for the fees because they need the document from Boston media house. We are in the middle of nowhere and my daughter is missing her classes for something simple. My daughter even brought the approved loan application as a proof that it will be paid. I don't know how many people in the accounts have been busy with this issue. I do not even know what to do anymore. I don't know what should be done as the bank already has proof that they will pay.
