Boston Media House reimbur*****t issue ...

In 2013 I got into an accident, I reported to my Principal Karika, who then froze my account ( on the basis of medical terms the campus uses) I then tried returning the following year, but failed as it was already late .. my account was already payed up ( student loan my mom app**** for ) fast forward to 2018 I went back to Boston Media begging and pleading for a refund, as I'm already enrolled with another IEC College, I can not study nor take up a course with the Boston Media Campus. My family needs that money, as mother has already payed off that amount owed to the bank plus interest of the student loan!

Lydia the head of finance then tells me, the only solution is to find a student who has or is paying upfront and agree to meet with me so that we make an exchange? It's been weeks trying to deal with this. I'm in need of this money, no communication from them. Lydia promised to handle this matter... I'm still waiting.
