Boston is not replying to my messages

If it was possible I would give this school 0 starts I'm very disappointed the level of communication at this school is bad I was doing a higher certificate but due to unforeseen circumstances i lost my job and couldn't continue with my studies in 2020 we faced a pandemic and that made things worse the took me to a debt company now I've paid for the outstanding fees but nobody is replying to my calls when I send emails nobody replies when I call they tell me their system is down is this how Boston treats students I was really looking forward to continue with my degree here but now no I'm very disappointed I just want my name cleared .
