Good Day I will like to inform you that my matter at Boston College wasn't resolved. They say I didn't complete my qualification while I graduated for the certificate that I enquired for. And I have prove of the graduation photos and a copy. To my surprise they want to come and complete my qualification while I graduated for it in the first place. Please assist me again with this matter because these no way forward.

Your enquiry has been attended to and an official letter to this effect has been sent to your Support Centre and will be emailed to you.
While we are unable to provide you with a reprint of a certificate for an incomplete programme, Boston can provide you with an official statement of result and will process the refund of monies paid towards the re-print request. Your assigned Boston Student Support Centre will contact you regarding the processing of your refund.
