BOSTON DURBAN POOR SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE

Dear Boston, please note that I had been looking forward to studying my Bcom law degree at Boston. However after numerous attempts to get a registration form emailed to me I as I was away on work business and couldn't go in to get a form I was unsuccessful in doing so. The one form I did receive was 4 days later and within hours of their registration closing and even that form was written 'invalid format and *******'. Dear Boston Durban kindly refund me my money as soon as possible as I need to register elsewhere to ensure that my studies continue. I made the such payment prior to even registering as per the request of Boston officials stating that they will only send me a form once I have made an initial payment, but shouldn't payment be made upon registering. Boston don't not take service delivery seriously and our needs are not catered to adequately. All I ask for now is my refund to be processed ASAP, I didn't register. My reference is ***.
