BOSTON CITY GRADUATION INVITE GIVEN BUT NO DATE & TIME!!!!!!

Three years ago since the day my child starting with Boston it's been a nightmare, books weren't supp**** timeously, lecturers would mark assignments incorrectly nor would they respond to my child's questions until now when she has to graduate, after a couple of emails they have responded to her graduation however they have only advised the venue,there is no date and time, this is how unprofessional they are, useless in every department.
