Boston City Campus Roodepoort - RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL front of desk people
Boston City Campus has very rude people who attend to very nervous students writing their GED exams. They roll their eyes at a person, are unhelpful, unfriendly and unprofessional. This pertains to not only the people who help you in reception but the invigilators who treat students who come to write exams unkindly, they rude and unapproachable. I will never ever recommend anyone to study here or write outsourced Exams. Very poor customer service and half the time they do private things but cant effectively help clients who PAY for exams. Pathetic!
