Boston CITY Campus (Roodepoort) Poor service provider

I am really dissappointed at the service we are getting from Boston city campus (Roodepoort).What is more dissappointing is the fact that I complained at Boston city campus head office and i was ignored.

As a Boston graduate in 2005 ,I can't believe at how they have dropped their standards.I Enrolled my Nephew at the Boston City Campus (Roodepoort) 4 years back and after such a long relationship ,at the end we are treated like outcasts.As though our money that we have been paying for 4 years is dirt.I am complaining about the way the Principal of the campus Mmabatho is so unwilling to respond to our e-mail as to when the graduation will be ,and the fact that they did give my nephew a book for his last subject, so he can complete his degree.

After a long fight with her,she say they gave my nephew a condone .Then we have been sending her e-mails asking about the graduation and our e-mails are ignored.I have send e-mails to head office with my complains and that is also ignored.

This is poor service from Boston.I believe Boston needs to pull up their socks and learn from previous leadership on what service is.

Mmabatho, the Branch Manager of our Roodepoort branch, has apologized to you for the bad service you have received at her branch.  Please also accept our apology. At Boston we always strive to render an excellent service and this incident is indeed regrettable. After careful consideration, the Directors of Boston have again elected not to host any head office or branch graduation events during the first semester in 2021. The decision comes in lieu of the practical limitations that exist around us having to accommodate a huge number of graduates and guests at convocations under the prevailing regulations on social gatherings, and especially since graduates want to feel the grandness of a large ceremony, as opposed to be invited to tiny gatherings. There is however, a glimmer of hope, with the possibility of Boston hosting graduation events later in semester 2 of 2021, inviting past graduates to take part in these ceremonies.  Any changes in the decision not to host a graduation ceremony, will be communicated with your nephew via e-mail.
