BOSTON City Campus, LADYSMITH Branch. I obtained my Bachelors degree this semester and wish to applaud the Ladysmith branch where i was enrolled for distance learning. Pauli Habermann and her staff are highly efficeint and diligent in their tasks, with an optimistic warmth in their execution. Distance leaning poses many challenges. As a full time employee i valued Pauli's work ethic and emphaty. I recently relocted but BOSTON Ladysmith is still my 'home'. Pauli mostly contacts her students from her cell phone, testamont to her commitment in facilitating a culture of learning and excellence. During the COVID-19 epidemic the college created a whatsapp group to keep students informed and updated. BOSTON College offered to its students a MTN 30gig data package at a hugely discounted rate, in order to assist students who did not have access to internet services. Pauli negotiated with GAME stores to offer a discount on Laptops!!!. That is phenominal. Especially during the Covid Level Five- and four restrictions. Also Boston Ladysmith is envolved in community projects such as cancer shavathons and the 67 minutes in honor of Nelson Mandela's legacy. Boston Ladysmith is a cohesive, integrated facilitator of higher education principles, which under MRS. Habermanns leadership makes me proud to have had this opportunity to realise a dream.
