Boston City Campus flip flop on delivering qualification

Very disappointed with Boston City Campus in Nelspruit. Completed studies for B.com in Management Marketing in 2022 but only managed to settle the account in 2023 due to some financial challenges. To date I'm still to receive my qualification. I have already missed a couple of job opportunities. On enquiry, I was told that there's a module I didn't submit yet I presented evidence to the contrary. Contacted head office which referred my enquiry back to the same *********** campus. Everytime they promise that the issue is being sorted yet they can't put that in writing since my employer also wants evidence that indeed I completed the course. This is a tormenting nightmare. I'm really not sure what kind of **** the institution is running. At this point in time, I wouldn't recommend anyone to enroll for any qualification. I don't think my issue is an isolated matter.
