We often rush to complain about poor service, but in this case, I want to highlight exceptional service.

I would like to commend Nicoleen Fortuin from the Cape Town offices of Boston City Campus for the outstanding assistance she provided. Our interactions were always prompt, and her demeanor was consistently courteous and professional.
