Boston City Campus and Business College Orange Groove

I was a student at boston city campus from 2019 and completed my higher certificate successfully. I then completed my bachelor or thought I did when i was informed that my qualification is incomplete. I spoke to my Advisor who then I app**** appeal with and she is letting me know i will only be graduating for one qualification. I am being told i will not be graduating for my Bachelor and that i can attend another graduation in October which in al honestly doesnt make sense. I had a great journey with Boston up to thus far. How do my parents pay for education for the past 3 years and be told I am no longer graduating because an appeal wasn't formalised in the Boston system? This is very disheartening and annoying to say the list Im being told i need to attend two graduations In one year how I completed my higher cert Now i cant graduate for my Bcom
