I cant belived I've had to wait months for a refund after this once trusted Instituion cancelled our course. To make matters worse is they want to still charge registration on that course. Ive been given all the excusess you can imagine

The management of your refund in specific, took slightly longer than normal, in that we had to refund two separate transactions in one payment. We further wish to confirm with you that the refund was processed successfully. The claimed amount should reflect on your bank statement shortly.
