Boston (Braamfontein) disgusting customer care.
I graduated from Boston in Sept 2018, I paid the package which included my photos to be taken at the ceremony. Fast forward 2019 im still waiting for my photos from Boston (Braamfontein), I keep calling and im given the run around I've had enough of this. Emails are sent and no respond is given, This institution has no customer care its disgusting.
I DEMAND MY GRADUATION PHOTOS!

18 Sept 2019, 17:07Dear Student, Please accept our most humble apologies. We understand your frustration in not receiving your photographs timeously. Boston however does not act as an intermediate between graduates and photographers. Graduates order their photographs directly from the suppliers. The suppliers have requested from the graduates to select between the following two options, to either have the photos deliver to them directly, or alternatively for the graduates to collect their photographs from one of our support centres. On further investigation we have managed to locate your photo package. Your photos where delivered to our Braamfontein support centre and the package has been with the reception for some time. Please make the necessary arrangements with the support centre in order for you to collect your package. Please note that the particular support centre is open from 8:00 until 16:30, Mondays – Thursdays and from 8:00 until 13:00 on Fridays. All the best,Boston City Campus & Business College
