BIG MISTAKE

In Feb 2015 I registered to do a course at Boston college springs campus. Then a few days later life happened. My husband and I are getting divorced and a struggle to make payments every month. Since Feb 2015 I have not been able to attend any classes. I thought I would be able to start my studies in July 2015 but I now have to move home as well. On the 3 June 2015 I emailed the branch to inform them I will not be able to start my studies can I please cancel the course. Well to my surprise I received an email from Christa stating that I can not cancel my course If i do I'm still liable for the outstanding money on my course. terms and conditions apply I only had 7 days to cancel if i wanted to. I requested the contract that I signed but never received any feedback. Now today 9 June 2015 I get a phone call when will I pay my account from Head Office. How many times must I explain my situation <br> I'M NOT GOING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I'M NOT BENEFITING FROM I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND CLASSES.

Hello elanit,

We are sorry to hear about your recent challenges.

As discussed telephonically this afternoon, the contract signed is a legal and binding contract. However, we are pleased to confirm that we will freeze this contract until 1 September 2015 as agreed, at which time you will be able to resume your studies.

Regards,
Boston Management
