BE WARY OF THESE FRAUSDTERS PARADING AS A LEARNING INSTITUTION

Just a warning for prospective students.Be wary of these *****s.They will give wrong banking details on their statements and later claim not to know those banking details.Obviously *****,forgery and uttering at play somewhere in their offices.The worst part is that they will ignore your email communication and play dead while hoping you will pay double while holding your results as ransom.They don't even have a ***** complaints and customer service contact on their website,only registration options.Getting this sorted will be very tedious and time-consuming and probably leave you with the legal route as your only option.Be very wary .They are quite a shady bunch.Save your money and look for a more honest and transparent institution to deal with.

The matter has been taken up by Patience Mahlaba of the Braamfontein Branch. Her people skills , professionalism and conscientious attempts in solving my problem is commendable and probably a good asset for the organisation.Now, if only her colleagues exhibited the same attitude and approach,there wouldn't even have been a need for this complaint. It now,suddenly, looks my issue will be resolved far sooner than had expected.
