bad service

I'm studying a 1 year course with boston college but I'm at the college for 3 years due to them never having study material ,when I started at boston the recommended a practice exam software (a cracked version) but last year they couldn't crack it ,so last year the guy at college said \boston cannot buy the software for us we have to buy it ourselves"I paid almost 50 thousand for this course and now I still have to buy my own study material "
