Bad Service

I called Boston City Campus a week ago regarding more information on the Paralegal Course . They took my details and said i should expect the quote shortly . I waited and called back late afternoon and asked about my quote , the front desk told me that they busy with registrations I will have to wait and be patient - I will get the quote . On Monday 22/02/2016 I contacted them again , they took my details and asked my e-mail address and then they told me a career advisor will contact me soon , up until now no one contacted me . This is really bad service that I received from Boston City Campus .
