Bad Experience at Pietermaritzburg Campus
I am very dissapointed with the treatment that I got from the guy who was supposed to invigilate my exam at Boston Pitermaritzburg.Two forms of identification number are required for one to sit for the exam that I wanted.Unfortunately I was not aware of that requirement and I told him upon his request.What i did not like is the fact that I arrived at the camus 50 minutes before then he only came to tell me about the requirement about 10 minutes before the exam start time.I tried to negotiate to bring the 2nd form of identification after the exam but he was very rigid then I had to let go of the exam.Very bad experience I got and will never dela with Boston again or refer anyone to them.

Pearson VUE is very prescriptive on how an assessment centre should manage their (Pearson VUE) assessment security. It is their directive which requires from all candidates to present the staff at a VUE assessment centre with two forms of valid identification.
This requirement is duly communicated in correspondence with a candidate, by Pearson VUE, at the time of scheduling an assessment event. It is unfortunate that you were unable to sit for the scheduled assessment, due to the afore mentioned security requirements and regulations. The staff at the Boston Support Centre attempted to assist you on the day, in requesting an affidavit from you with details of your specific circumstances, but you declined the suggested alternative intervention in order for you to sit for the assessment. Please appreciate the fact that Boston has limited capacity to interject in, or to circumvent the assessment rules and regulations set out by Pearson VUE.
