Bad attitude

<p>This is so unprofessional... I registered for my ccna with Boston last week..the gentlemen that assisted me told me to come on the 3rd to get time table and study material however he didn't tell me time but he said they will send an SMS which I never received... Okay I went there today at pass 9..guess what they told me that my classes will be postponed due to me coming late..mind you I never got the SMS and I paid them cash,now they delaying me,all I need is my study material so I can start studying for my exam,they can keep their timetable and the bags all I need is study material that my parents paid cash for...they were so rude when I tried to explain why I got there late..I need the books</p>
