An appeal
I have requested an appeal regarding my marks and the matter has been resolved unfairly thats the reason why I resorted to hellopeter. My appeal for my exam results was declined I then asked for reason why they were declined and I was advised verbally but when I request a document stating what they told me they couldn't provide me with it but mentioned that they will revise the rulebook.
All am asking for is Boston to act accountable and acknowledged their fault.

07 Jan 2022, 09:37This case is not closed I want a written document that states the rule imposed on me and stil am not provided with how is that a valid response. Kindly put logic to this and treat me fairly as a student and customer because if it was me not adhereing to the school rules and regulations action would have been taken against me because they have proof that I signed their contract but in my instance there's nothing that they can provide me I must just accept their decision.
