A good learning instituition
The Rosebank Branch looks better than most of the branches I have seen. From the last time I recall, which was a few years back, it was clean, bright and aesthetically pleasing not suffocating like the others.
It's in a wonderful, safe and quiet area that's ideal for learning. I can't fault the institution at Rosebank. The staff were pleasant and professional.
For any students looking for a place to study, this branch would be a great option. You most likely won't regret it.
