13 day's still no response regarding queries.

I have queried on their website about 2 courses I'm interested in doing and received a message for each of them with a reference number and said that I can expect to be contacted within 24 working hours (3 working days if you work 8 hours a day).<br> I have been waiting for a response for 13 working days now and for a company that states that it's so good this and that I still haven't seen any attempt from them to contact me
