Bad Valentines experience with burned food

My husband and I looovvveee Bossa and in and in every town where we come, always love to hang out there. In Nelspruit we love to visit Bossa about 3x per month even more.... Yesterday on Valentines night, I booked at another restaurant just for something different...but we had one drink each and went of to our favourite and well known "valley". It was however with absolute disappoitment we had to cut our night out short and went home much earlier than planned. We waited about 50min for food and even thas was fine..until our food arrived.. I ordered a Chicken stack with mash an my husband T-bone steak. My husband's chips was not nearly as always...hot and crispy...it was tough and oily.. My chicken was not,that I heard afterwards, not my order... two dried out burned pieces of chicken breast and a rubbery small piece of cheese on top... I could not believe that the kitchen could dare sent out such burned food and think it would be fine... And of cause also the same chips as my husband, not even mash.. I sent the food back and my husband put his Tbone in a doggybag and went home... end up out Valentines night with local drive-through take away food. As customers who absolute love Bossa and always prever to just sit and relax there, it is sooo disappointing to experience Nelspruit Bossa's service and food just moving downward since November last year... Maybe time for us to look for another new place to hang out..
