No Good Times at Bossa Nelspruit

I have been to Bossa Nelspruit on several occasions for business lunches so when it was time for a family celebration I did not hesitate. It was a special occasion for my family and were looking forward to a wonderful evening. As we arrived on the evening of 1/7/26 the table we booked was not available and we were shown to another table. Bossa advertised a Castle Draft promotion on the tables with an associated competition. I ordered the Castle Draft promo whole my daughter ordered a Gin Martini. After waiting quite a while for our drinks the waitress returned informing us that Bossa Nelspruit did not have Castle Draft they were promoting and that I had to order something else. After another while the waitress returned and informed us that the bar could not do a gin martini either. So we changed our order. We later ordered our food of which two orders was for eisbein. We waited a long time for our food with the waitress never checking in. After I called the waitress to check on our food order she returned to tell us that it ws almost ready. After another while the kitchen manager arrived at our table informing us that the eisbein was off and that we had to order something else. You can imagine the dampened spirit on what was supposed to be a wonderful evening. I asked to see the manager and I was informed that there was no manager at the restaurant. When I asked how they were going to handle the situation the kitchen manager said he can give me an icecream. Yes, as if I am a child. So we ordered something else. The waitress avoided us so the service was very poor. We eventually received our food order. The evening was a disaster to put it mildly. I went onto the Bossa website and reported the matter the next day. Unfortunately, to this day nobody from Bossa contacted me to appologise or even responded to my email.
