Poor Service & Food Quality

Update (Feb 6th): Following my initial complaint to Head Office, the local management’s response has been dismissive. After one missed call, they sent a WhatsApp asking me to contact them. I have already provided all the details; it is not the customer’s job to chase management for an apology. It’s clear that unless you are a high-spending table ordering alcohol, your experience isn't a priority here. My advice: go elsewhere for your celebrations.

Original Review: Extremely disappointed with our visit for my sister's birthday. Despite the restaurant not being full, we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food. We ordered 13 burgers—a simple request—yet they arrived dry, overcooked, and tasteless. Service was non-existent; we had to hunt down our waiter just to order drinks. This was our second time experiencing these issues, and it will be our last.
