Poor Service & Food Quality
Update (Feb 6th): Following my initial complaint to Head Office, the local management’s response has been dismissive. After one missed call, they sent a WhatsApp asking me to contact them. I have already provided all the details; it is not the customer’s job to chase management for an apology. It’s clear that unless you are a high-spending table ordering alcohol, your experience isn't a priority here. My advice: go elsewhere for your celebrations. Original Review: Extremely disappointed with our visit for my sister's birthday. Despite the restaurant not being full, we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food. We ordered 13 burgers—a simple request—yet they arrived dry, overcooked, and tasteless. Service was non-existent; we had to hunt down our waiter just to order drinks. This was our second time experiencing these issues, and it will be our last.

"We had such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. The staff were so warm and friendly, which made us feel right at home. The play area for the kids was the cherry on top and kept them entertained the whole night through. We’ll definitely be visiting again soon!"
